Welcome to the new Club X San Diego website!

It’s finally time to share our work-in-progress with the general public and our members.

We have moved all our active membership records to the new site, but in order to keep your information secure, every account has been assigned a unique Username based on information you supplied us, and a unique Password. Going forward, you will be able to check X-points, renew your membership, RSVP to events, and pay for play party tickets.

Below are instructions for retrieving your Username and setting a new Password so that you can access this account.

For new members, now you can sign up online for a free account. We’ve put our membership form online. In order to sign, skip the section below for active members, and go to the section on Sign up. Click here for Sign Up instructions.

Either way, once you're logged in, you can review your information under Edit Profile. See those instructions below.

FOR USERS WITH AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP:

1. Retrieve your Username

Click on My Profile in the top navigation to see the dropdown menu.
Then click on Forgot Username.

Next you’ll see the Forgot Username page.
In the form, enter your email address and click Submit.

NOTE: You’ll need to use the email address that you gave to Club X when you signed up. If you didn’t supply an email address or your email has changed since registering, then please contact info@clubxsd.org to get it updated so you can access the site.

After entering your email address, in a couple minutes you should receive an email that contains your username.

2. Retrieve/Set your Password

Click on My Profile in the top navigation to see the dropdown menu.
Then click on Forgot Password.

Next you’ll see the Forgot Password page.
In the form, enter your email address and click Submit.

NOTE: You’ll need to use the email address that you gave to Club X when you signed up. If you didn’t supply an email address or your email has changed since registering, then please contact info@clubxsd.org to get it updated so you can access the site.

After entering your email address, in a couple minutes you should receive an email that contains a link to Reset your Password.

Click on the link to visit the site and change your password to something you can remember.

This link is only good for 1 hour, so be prepared to use it shortly after you fill out the Forgot Password form.

Now you have your Username and Password. You’re ready to go!

3. Login

Click on My Profile in the top navigation and then Login in the dropdown menu.

Enter your Username and Password and then click Log in.

Once you’re successfully logged in, if you don’t like the Username we assigned you, then you can change it by clicking on My Profile and then Change Username.

FOR NEW MEMBERS:

1. Sign Up

Click on My Profile in the top navigation and then Signup in the dropdown menu.

Club X requires participants (both guest and members) to be 18 or over. This means we must collect your legal first and last name and your date of birth.

We take your privacy very seriously.

All personally identifiable data is encrypted in our database and can only be accessed by Board of Directors or you through your Username and Password.

We will only use your email for system notifications (like helping you retrieve a lost Username or resetting your password), unless you opt into our newsletter.

Then....

(BOTH NEW AND EXISTING MEMBERS) REVIEW AND COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION:

2. Edit Profile

Click on My Profile in the top navigation and then Edit Profile in the dropdown menu.

NOTE: If you don’t see Edit Profile in the drop down, then click on Login. Once you have entered your Username and Password, you’ll have access to Edit Profile and your details.

This will take you to the Edit Profile form which contains the following information:

- Your membership ID
- Your account status
- Your X-Points
- Your required information
- Your address
- Your kink profile

Your account can have one of three different Status descriptions:

(a) “Unverified”. This means you have signed up online, and you need to briefly meet in person with a Board Member at an event to show them a legal ID that verifies your name and date of birth, so we can make sure you’re 18 or over.
(b) “Verified”. After being verified you can attend events or play parties as a non-member and pay the requested donation.
(c) “Active”. This means your membership is paid and active. Active members will see their expiration date.

During our process, we noticed some memberships were missing required information like legal first and last name or date of birth. Please enter these fields if they are empty, and click submit, so we can fix your account.

Once verified you will not be able to edit your legal first or last name or your date of birth.
