Many of us know the hidden spot in the foothills of Hotel Circle where local groups have parties, classes and events. Chloe’s space is where some of us went to our first event and where many of us go regularly for kink and community.
Club X is coordinating a community wide event to help stop Chloe’s place from flooding in heavy rains. The space does not allow for any excavation equipment, so we’re doing it the old fashioned way, by hand.
Volunteers will remove dirt and gravel from the French drain, a long narrow trench, replace the drain pipe and then refill it and add more gravel. Volunteers are also needed to help prepare and serve lunch for the diggers.
What we need:
Labor- We need MUSCLE. Volunteers are needed to do the manual labor of digging out the trench on the hillside behind the building. We ask for a 2-4 hour commitment, but any time you can spare will help. Come when you can, leave when you must. Sign up and we will email you the address.
Donations- We are seeking donations to help cover the cost of the repair and food/drinks for the volunteers. Funds raised will be used for supplies and equipment for the repair and to feed the volunteers. Club X will forward any remaining funds to Chloe for her venue after the repairs are complete.
Where: The small venue is in Hotel Circle. The address will be sent with volunteer registration.
