About this workshop
This will be a 101-level class aimed at those who are new to the magic of the flogger. We will cover safety during play, the anatomy of floggers, types of floggers, and different throwing techniques. The goal is for everyone to learn basic practical techniques to begin practicing during the workshop and to take home to practice and play confidently and safely. There will be demonstrations accompanied by ongoing explanation, as well as guided practice time. If you're looking for an opportunity to throw a flogger for the first time with an experienced guide, wanting to try what it feels like in a safe controlled environment or just looking for information before diving into the pool, then come have some fun!
This series is a safe place for new folks to learn, not for experts to show off their 17-beat Florentine skills. Experienced tops are welcome to come support the presenters during the practice portion.
