On Saturday, December 13, 1999, the Club X Play Party was raided by San Diego PD and 6 people were cited for "Lewd Activity in Public."
What followed was an international outpouring of support and assistance for The San Diego Six.
Please join us as we discuss what happened, how it affected our community, and what's changed in the years since.
We will be joined by Crickett, the defendant who went to trial, defence attorney Andy Zmurkiewicz, then Club X President Madoc, and others who were there and involved in the community response.
The presentation will be facilitated by current Club X President, Lulu (PurpleSockMonkey).
